Corporate Healthcare Transactional Attorney / 6+ yrs. / San Francisco, Nashville, St. Louis, Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver, or Chicago
A top AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a Corporate Healthcare Transactional Attorney with at least 6 years of experience to join their team in San Francisco, Nashville, St. Louis, Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver, or Chicago. This role is focused on supporting healthcare clients with their transactional needs, including, but not limited to, the acquisitions of physician and dental practices and the representation of behavioral health providers. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in M&A transactions and experience with clients at that are private equity funds and/or healthcare providers. Additional experience or interest in behavioral health is a plus. Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills.
