Corporate and Fund Finance Associate / 5+ yrs. / New York
The Global Finance Group of a stellar law firm is seeking a Corporate and Fund Finance Associate with 5 or more years of experience to join their New York office. The Associate must have experience representing borrowers, sponsors, arrangers and lenders in financing transactions, with an emphasis on sponsor acquisition financings, fund financing, workouts and/or debtor in possession financings; experience negotiating and drafting loan agreements, security agreements, guaranties, control agreements, intercreditor agreements and subordination agreements; and experience in negotiating, documenting and closing financing transactions. This Global Finance Group has extensive experience in transactional lending and represents a diverse group of clients on all types of financing transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition finance and fund finance. Firm historically has a very competitive salary range as well as generous benefits and bonus structure.
