Copyright Litigation Associate Attorney (3–4 Years) / Multiple Locations
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Copyright Litigation Associate to join its Intellectual Property practice. This role is open across several major U.S. offices, including Austin, Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 3–4 years of IP litigation experience, with a focus on copyright disputes.
- Background in technology-related litigation, particularly at the intersection of copyright and emerging tech.
- Strong academic credentials, with a formal technical background preferred.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership of complex matters.
- Admission to the state bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
