Construction Litigation Attorney / Washington, DC
A highly regarded, global law firm has an immediate opening for a mid-level construction litigation attorney with 2 to 4 years of experience to join their team in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have prior construction litigation experience handling acting for owners and general contractors. An engineering and/or an architectural background is also desirable. Familiarity with document management in complex litigation, arbitration experience and brief writing and oral presentation are also desirable. It is required that the candidate have a bachelor’s degree and a juris doctorate degree (JD) from an accredited law school. Excellent academic performance is highly valued. The candidate should be a member or eligible to become a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
