Construction Litigation Attorney / 4-6 yrs. / New York
An international law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 4-6 years experience to join its construction transactional practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have construction-related contract transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, EPC contracts, alternative delivery documents, supply agreements, purchase of goods contracts, service agreements, consulting agreements, and a variety of other commercial contracting agreements. The candidate should be ready to apply that experience to interesting and challenging matters in a thriving and fast-paced practice. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. The salary range for this position is $270,000-$305,000.
