Seeking a complex business litigation attorney with 4-5 years of experience for the Portland office of a highly regarded, international law firm. Experience may include a judicial clerkship, which is encouraged. Successful candidates will have excellent academic credentials, superb written and oral advocacy skills, experience managing large and sophisticated litigation matters, including experience supervising voluminous document productions, and excellent references. The practice consists of the representation of a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues.
