A top ranked global law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 2-5 year of experience to join their group in Houston. Experience must include commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures and development (including public-private partnership projects). Candidates with big firm experience preferred. In addition, candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility and willingness to work in a fast paced environment. Candidates should also be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented. Admission to the Texas Bar is required. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.
