A top ranked law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 6-8 years of experience to join their practice in Phoenix. Attorneys should have substantial experience in researching complex legal issues, drafting legal memoranda and motions, appearing and arguing before the court, drafting and responding to written discovery, and taking and defending depositions. Attorneys should also have first chair experience and leading multiple matters. In addition, the successful attorney must have a strong academic record, paired with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment necessary to become a partner at the Firm.
