Commercial Litigation Attorney / 3-6 yrs. / Ft. Lauderdale
A top ranked law firm is seeking a commercial litigation attorney with 3 to 6 years of general experience to join their team in Ft. Lauderdale. The candidate should be a creative and pragmatic thinker who takes initiative and is focused on solving complex problems efficiently. A strong desire to take depositions, argue motions or hearings in court, and try cases is preferred. This individual must have the ability to work as a team member in a collaborative environment. Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or have the ability to promptly obtain admission in Florida.
