A top U.S. law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their group in Chicago. Attorneys should have substantial experience in researching complex legal issues, drafting legal memoranda and motions, appearing and arguing before the court, drafting and responding to written discovery, and taking and defending depositions. In addition, the successful attorney candidate must have a strong academic record, must be an excellent writer and must be imbued with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment necessary to become a partner at this Firm. Must be licensed in Illinois prior to applying.
