Seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join a top global law firm’s practice in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in litigation, with the ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional legal analysis, strategic thinking, and advocacy skills. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Firm requires strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Base Compensation $250,000.00 to $330,000.00 / year.
