A top AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their group in Salt Lake City. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Candidates should have experience in complex litigation including: managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
