Bankruptcy Associate Attorney / 2-5 yrs. / Chicago, Los Angeles, or Phoenix
A leading international law firm that has been recognized for leadership on diversity and inclusion is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of commercial bankruptcy experience to join its group in either Chicago, Los Angeles, or Phoenix. The group represents debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in both out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings throughout the nation. In addition, the group represents clients in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and experience at a national law firm. Bankruptcy clerkship experience is preferred. California compensation range: $235,000 to $365,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
