A top U.S. law firm is seeking an associate with 7 to 9 years of trusts & estates experience drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning instruments. The ideal candidate should also have experience in estate and gift tax planning, and familiarity with probate and trust administration.  LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation is required.  Must possess an outstanding academic record (with a JD from an ABA accredited law school), along with excellent writing and analytical skills and be a member of The Florida Bar.
