A top 100 U.S. law firm seeks an experienced attorney for its growing and dynamic Real Estate Practice Group. Qualified candidates will possess 6+ years of experience focused on financings, loan syndications, transactional hospitality matter, commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions. Qualified candidates will possess extensive experience drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, handling large loan transactions, and representing clients buying and selling commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to run transactions autonomously and as part of a team.
