The Phoenix office of an international law firm is seeking an associate for its Corporate and Securities Department. Candidates should have experience with securities law (including SEC reporting requirements), public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and related business matters. Candidates also should have excellent academic credentials, communication skills, be diligent and team oriented.
