Corporate Attorney / Palo Alto

The Silicon Valley office of  a global firm has an immediate need for a corporate associate with experience with a large or sophisticated mid-size law firm. The candidate should have a focus on public and private company M&A. Experience with venture-backed companies, especially technology and life science companies, is preferred. Experience with capital markets transactions, corporate governance/fiduciary duty counseling, and/or disclosure and other securities law compliance matters will be considered a plus.
