A global law firm currently has an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join their Corporate Practice in Los Angeles.  Candidates must have significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions. The successful candidate will have a strong career history and currently work for a well-regarded law firm. A first-class academic record and strong writing skills also are essential. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
