A global law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Corporate & Securities associate in its Northern Virginia office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings and other general corporate and federal securities law compliance matters. Experience in the preparation of SEC registration statements and reports, with the demonstrated ability to confidently advise clients on all related matters, is required.
