Corporate (Finance & Bankruptcy) – Boston

A global law firm is currently seeking a Corporate Associate with a minimum 2-3 years of corporate finance experience to join their Corporate Finance and Bankruptcy practice in Boston. Job Requirements: The Corporate Associate will be required to provide counsel on a full range of financial matters, including representing borrowers and lenders in complex financial transactions, secured and unsecured finance transactions, asset-based loans, mezzanine loans, and other credit facilities of varying types. Experience in bankruptcy and insolvency matters is a plus. Prior experience drafting credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements and other loan documents and closing loan transactions required. Must be an active member of the Massachusetts State Bar.  The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and analytical skills; must possess a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment; be detail-oriented; and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Please contact us!
