The Austin office of a large international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with experience at a top tier law firm or in-house legal position. Ideal candidate should have experience with mergers and acquisitions (private equity preferred) business entity matters, securities, public and private financings, and corporate governance. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility, and the candidates should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, team-oriented and have a sense of humor.
