A top ranking law firm seeks an associate with experience in commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, including commercial loan originations, leasing, acquisition and sales transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial diligence, management agreements, brokerage agreements). Must possess excellent research and writing skills and academics.
