Tax Associate / Chicago

The Chicago office an international AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a tax associate with 5 to 7 years of substantive tax experience acquired in a law firm setting. Ideal candidates should have a general transactional tax background which includes corporate and partnership M&A transactions and real estate transactions. Candidates with significant experience working with REITs and real estate funds are strongly preferred. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
