Fund Finance Associate Attorney (2–3 Years) / Boston
A highly regarded law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Fund Finance Associate to join its Boston office. The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years of experience in debt finance transactions and demonstrate a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Experience & Skills:
- Background in lender-side representation with exposure to private equity and venture capital funds (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and reviewing due diligence items.
- Familiarity with limited partnership agreements and fund structures.
- Strong communication skills—both written and oral—with the ability to translate complex matters clearly.
- Attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and a track record of managing multiple matters simultaneously.
- Massachusetts bar admission required.
