Construction Law Associate / 3+ yrs. / San Francisco
A prestigious global law firm is looking to hire a Construction Law Associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for its San Francisco office. The role includes both transactional and/or litigation work related to construction projects. Candidates should have experience with contract drafting and negotiation (e.g., AIA and other industry-standard forms), work letters, project documentation, and/or construction-related disputes such as claims involving design and construction defects, delays, change orders, and mechanics liens. Exposure to EPC contracts is a bonus but not required. The ideal candidate will bring strong writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing their work. Admission to the California State Bar is required.
Compensation Range: $215,000 – $400,000
