Commercial Litigation Associate / 5-8 yrs. / Jacksonville
A top national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 5 to 8 years of commercial litigation experience to join their team in Jacksonville. Federal and state court and/or clerkship experience is preferred. Qualified candidates must have experience in all aspects of trial preparation, the ability to work independently and manage cases, excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar. Starting salary range has not yet been released. Firm historically has a very competitive salary range and generous benefits and bonus structure.
