A well regarded national law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3 to 7 years of M&A and private equity transactional experience in an Am Law 100 firm to join their team in either Miami. Must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in Florida.
