Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate / 2-6 yrs. / Dallas or New York
A globally recognized U.S. law firm is seeking an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join their group in Dallas or New York. The ideal Associate will preferably have experience in a large law firm setting working on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including qualified plans, equity plans, executive employment agreements and compensation and benefit matters that arise in connection with a variety of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, carve-out transactions, initial public offerings and spin-offs. Associates should possess a strong academic background and be ready to join a collaborative, national practice group. For positions based in NYC: the starting salary range is $235,000 to $420,000 and depends on a candidate’s experience.
