A top tier law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate who has 5-8 years of experience to join their team in Harrisburg. Experience practicing Labor & Employment law is preferred, but not mandatory. The position offers the opportunity to work in a thriving group and involves engaging legal assignments and direct interaction with clients. This role operates within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The need is for an Associate with exceptional academic achievements, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own workload, as well as excellent research and writing skills. The ideal candidate would possess the capability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines. The position requires a J.D. from an accredited law school, 5 to 8 years’ experience as an associate attorney, and bar admission in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
