Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate / 2-6 yrs. / Dallas, New York, Philadelphia or Wilmington
A top AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate with 2 – 6 years of experience to join their Group in either Dallas, New York, Philadelphia or Wilmington. Candidates should have substantive Chapter 11 and bankruptcy litigation experience. This is a position offering exceptional experience working with our attorneys and clients. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. JD required. Texas, New York or Delaware (as applicable) Bar Admission required. Salary will range between $220,000 – $310,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
