Litigation Associate / 3-5 yrs. / West Palm Beach
A top ranked U.S. law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience of complex commercial and business litigation experience to join their West Palm Beach office. Federal court and state court experience along with strong research skills, writing skills, and academic record are required. Additionally, the Litigation Associate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team, including but not limited to experience drafting pleadings, drafting and following up on discovery, developing and contributing to strategy, interviewing witnesses and participating in hearings and mediation. Experience with ediscovery, including collection, review and production of electronically stored documents in Florida state and federal matters preferred. Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
