Patent Litigation Associate Attorney / 4-6 yrs. / San Francisco
A leading international law firm is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join its nationally ranked Patent Litigation group in San Francisco office. Ideal candidates will have experience litigating patent disputes including pre-suit investigation, trial, and appeal. Candidates with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar degrees are preferred. Practical work experience in the field of technical expertise is also preferred. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. Starting compensation range: $310,000 to $390,000. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
