Public Finance Associate Attorney / 3-7 yrs. / Denver
A highly regarded multinational law firm is seeking a Public Finance Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience in public finance and/or real estate finance to join their team in Denver. This position will include public finance matters involving state and local governmental entities and nonprofits: municipal bonds, notes and other obligations, commercial loans, tax exempt or taxable, for public infrastructure and other capital improvement projects; nonprofit health care, educational, cultural, and other facilities; and public private partnerships. Among other responsibilities, the hired associate attorney will: draft transaction documents including trust indenture resolutions, loan agreements, closing certificates, and third-party consents; assist with review of due diligence materials; and, draft securities disclosure offering documents, including limited offering memorandums and official statements. Associate Attorney must have a JD from accredited law school and admission to the Colorado bar (or eligible to waive in with UBE score). The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $190,000 – $240,000.
