Real Estate Associate / 3+ years / Cleveland
An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate who has at least three years of meaningful litigation experience to join its group in Cleveland. The ideal candidate has meaningful experience in real estate, specifically right of way and condemnations. Regulatory experience as it relates to PUCO and familiarity with storage fields are pluses but not required. Candidate must be able to prepare for, take, and defend depositions, and have prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. Excellent academic credentials are required, and Ohio State Bar admission strongly preferred.
