Corporate Debt Attorney / Partner Search
One of the nation’s top firms is seeking an attorney with 8 or more years of debt finance experience for their national Finance team within its Corporate Practice Group. Extensive experience representing private equity sponsors, acquisition and portfolio companies, and lenders in sophisticated bank debt transactions, private equity loan work, and in all aspects of financing transactions, including in leveraged buyouts and other acquisition financing transactions, is required. This position can be located in one of the 24 national offices and/or be remote. Must possess large Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location or where the work is being performed.
