Real Estate Attorney / Ft. Lauderdale or Miami
A top ranked firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant leasing representation (all product types) and acquisition and sales transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial diligence, title and survey, closings). Must possess excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, legal due diligence and drafting aptitude, academic credentials and an impassioned interest in real estate transactional law. This position can be located in Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or have the ability to promptly obtain admission in Florida.
