ERISA Associate Attorney / 3-4 yrs. / New York or Philadelphia
A highly regarded law firm is seeking an ERISA Associate Attorney with 3-4 years of experience to join its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group in either New York or Philadelphia. Candidate should be well-versed in working with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and other applicable employee benefits laws on matters involving executive compensation, qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefits. Excellent drafting and communication skills are desired along with strong academic credentials. Requisite bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required. The target annual pay range for this role is $245,000-275,000. This is a non-partnership track position.
