Finance Attorney / 3-6 yrs. / Chicago
A top ranked global law firm is seeking a Finance Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have substantive leveraged finance experience representing borrowers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, direct lenders and other investors in a diverse range of debt finance work, including acquisition financings, dividend and other recapitalizations, asset-based facilities, general working capital facilities, and debt restructurings and reorganizations (including debtor-in-possession financings). Lender-side experience in the context of middle market transactions is a plus, but not required. The firm is open to considering candidates relocating to Chicago.
