The corporate practice group of an AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a capital markets attorney with 4-7 years of corporate securities and capital markets experience to join their Houston office. Candidates must have experience working on a variety of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, as well as Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance matters. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required.
