Positions with top 100 U.S. law firms, boutique and in-house positions in many locations. If you have experience with any of the following, we want to hear from you: asset management, tax, charitable giving, probate, contracts, family law, international, complex, regulatory, litigation, transactional, insurance, real estate, cross-border, non-profit and/or securities. Qualified candidates should have strong drafting and organizational skills, as well as excellent academics. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and typically must be a member of the State Bar at position location or have the ability to promptly obtain admission (there are exceptions). Some positions also require or strongly prefer candidate to have already obtained their LL.M. in taxation or a plan to obtain one.
