Trusts & Estates Associate / 3+ yrs. / Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus or Dayton
A top ranked law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate with 3+ years of experience for its growing practice in the firm’s Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus or Dayton office. This practice serves national and international clients and works collaboratively with other practice groups throughout the firm. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience in one or more of the following areas: estate planning for high net worth and ultra-high net worth families, private trust companies and family offices, business succession planning, and charitable giving strategies and private foundations. Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials and work experience, a strong work ethic, excellent drafting and communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the desire to grow as a leader in this space. An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus but not required.
