A top ranking national law firm is seeking a Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience. Complex estate planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate settlement, and taxation experience is required. International estate planning experience is considered a plus. LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation is required. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
