Trademark Associate / Multiple Locations

A transatlantic law firm is seeking an experienced trademark lawyer to join its Practice Group.  The preferred candidate should have at least 4 years of active practice as a trademark lawyer, with an emphasis on disputes, investigations, oppositions and cancellations and enforcement activities.  Additional responsibilities may include all aspects of trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance; portfolio management; advertising and copyright issues.  Candidates should also have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.  Firm is committed to leadership in attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce of highly talented professionals.  Diverse candidates are thus encouraged to apply.  Depending upon amount of experience, this position can be located in any of their U.S. offices or potentially remotely.
