Tax Associate / Miami
The Miami office of a highly respected global law firm has an immediate opening for a 3rd-5th year associate to join their nationally recognized Private Wealth Practice group, which focuses on, among other things, servicing the estate and gift tax planning needs of high-net-worth individuals and families. The successful candidate will have broad exposure and proficiency in complex estate and gift tax planning as well as estate and trust administration and settlement. The candidate must be flexible in order to work on other tax and non-tax disciplines within the private wealth practice. Strong academic background required with a tax and estate planning background. Exceptional research and writing skills, team oriented and committed work ethic. Must be admitted and in good standing as a member of the Florida State Bar. Admittance to the NY State Bar also is preferable but not required. Current or prior employment with an Am Law 100 firm is a plus.
