💰 Starting Salary: $310,000–$420,000

A premier legal team is seeking an experienced associate to handle sophisticated financing transactions involving structured finance, asset-backed lending, and securitization matters. This role offers significant client interaction and the opportunity to work on innovative, highly customized transactions alongside a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates will have:
✔️ 4–7 years of sophisticated finance experience
✔️ Strong background in structured finance or asset-backed transactions
✔️ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
✔️ Active New York Bar admission
