Senior Paralegal / 5+ yrs. / Chicago
A prestigious law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join their Litigation group in Chicago. The paralegal will assist their Litigation practice groups in all phases of the litigation process from the initial complaint to discovery through to trial and appeal. This paralegal will also assist the Labor and Employment, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, and Corporate groups as well. Requirements include: a Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years of law firm experience, including assistance on Litigation matters & familiarity with Illinois rules and procedures; experience working with litigation databases (familiarity with Relativity is a plus); and, strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as the ability to learn new software and applications. This position will require physical presence in-office on a regular basis (at least 3x per week).
