Senior Healthcare Attorney / 5-7 yrs. / Denver
A highly ranked global law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney or Of Counsel to join their team in Denver. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of significant experience representing hospitals, physician groups, surgery centers, behavioral health organizations, ancillary service providers and other investors in the healthcare industry with state and federal regulatory compliance, licensure, change of ownership, reimbursement, and operational matters. Experience advising on the regulatory aspects of transactional matters in the health care industry such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and contractual agreements is a plus. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, excellent writing capabilities, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be admitted, or be eligible for admission, to the Colorado Bar. The annualized salary range for this position is $210,000 to $240,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
