Securities & Capital Markets Associate / 4-6 yrs. / New York or Charlotte, NC
One of the world’s leading law firms is seeking a Securities & Capital Markets Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their group in New York or Charlotte. The group concentrates on securities and corporate finance matters for public and private companies and regularly assists companies with corporate finance transactions, including public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, and represents issuers, underwriters, placement agents and selling stockholders. The ideal Associate should have experience in securities, capital markets and other transactional matters. Salary: $295,000 – $370,000 dependent on location and experience level. Also offers hours and merit bonus opportunities, billable hours credit for pro bono work, and a hybrid remote option allowing flexibility and work-life balance.
