A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Residential Real Estate Attorney with 6-8 years’ experience to join their Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. Desired Qualifications: Strong academic credentials with a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school; Active license to practice law in the state of Florida; Minimum of six (6) years’ experience practicing real estate law, focusing on residential transactions; A proven track record of successfully handling complex residential real estate matters; Strong understanding of real estate laws, standards of title and industry practices; and, Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. An active member in good standing in the Connecticut and/or New York bars is a high bonus.
