Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney / 3-5 yrs. / Miami
The Real Estate Department of a highly regarded law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to work in Miami with colleagues. Candidates should have diverse commercial real estate experience working on commercial real estate transactions. The transactional work includes acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings associated with operating properties and future developments from the ground-up. Expertise with condominium projects is preferred, but is not required. Candidates must have an excellent academic record, be comfortable with direct client interaction, and be admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
